**3. Payments and Refunds**
Fees for services are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless agreed otherwise, full or partial payment may be required before service delivery. All payments are non-refundable once a service has commenced, except where a service is not delivered due to our fault. In such cases, you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund or a credit toward future services, at our sole discretion. Any refund will be processed within 30 days of approval to the original payment method.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when requesting our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We do not guarantee specific agricultural outcomes, as results depend on factors beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, and pest activity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
